I have been doing weight training with Olga to help maintain my bones and my physical strength. I so enjoy Olga’s sessions which are always challenging and fun. Olga is a great coach and I am now doing exercises and lifting weights that I would not have had the confidence to take on before. I also value Olga’s strictness around safety and ensuring that the exercises are carried out correctly to minimise the risk of any injury.
I would happily recommend Olga as a personal training instructor for anyone who wishes to improve their strength and gain confidence to vary their fitness routine.
I started training with Olga in 2020 at almost 70 years of age. It soon became obvious I has chosen well. Olga accurately designed my strength training sessions and we began a regular and carefully programmed regime using a wonderful Eastbourne gym.
After a few months I noticed how much I was firming up and getting stronger. This is not what usually happens at my age as muscle and strength naturally declines with age and bones become more brittle. So instead I am now at 71,fitter,stronger and healthier than a few years ago.
I recently attended a fitness assessment at Loughborough University and completed a series of physiology tests in the lab. The results were very encouraging, and Olgas combined strength training and spin class programme has resulted in my oxygen uptake level being the equivalent to a man 20 years my junior. A side effect of my training has been a weight loss of 20 pounds despite eating as much as I want and without changing my diet at all.
I train with Olga up to three times a week and I am lifting heavier as each month goes by. The challenge of reaching specific weights for different muscle groups is what keeps this type of exercise so interesting. Olga has degrees in sport science as well as being a qualified personal trainer.
This is an enormous advantage for my training schedule and my age specific needs. For anyone in my age group I can testify that Olga OHPT is the ideal personal trainer and her knowledge and experience will ensure that strength, mobility and balance will increase.

I have been exercising alone for the last couple of years but although my fitness levels are good I was still not feeling like my body was changing to what I would like it to be. I hated the thought of a PT but due to having a knee injury I decided that I needed one to keep my fitness up without damaging my knee further.
From my first meeting, Olga put me at ease & she has pushed me more than I would have ever achieved on my own. I have loved every session so much so that I will be continuing to use Olga as my PT even though my knee is getting better.

I have back and knee problems and Olga has based my training around this and it has improved greatly and without her encouragement and training, I dread to think where I would be now.

I’ve just finished a block of training with Olga (hopefully not my last!) but it has been such a positive experience, I felt I had to write to recommend her. Olga listened to what I wanted to achieve over the course of our sessions and, taking into account my background and other training I do, tailored a programme for me that was perfect.
Every session was different (I loved them all!) with a variety of equipment and exercises which meant both that I have become much more confident in using the gym generally and never lost motivation to train. I can also see and feel a difference in my strength, which was my ultimate goal.
Olga is friendly, approachable and really knowledgeable so she’s been happy to answer any questions I’ve had – I’ve learnt lots from her!
I am so pleased I made the decision to go ahead and book a PT. I’d never done anything like it before, but if you’re as I was (unsure about whether to give it a go / if it would be worth doing) I’d say do it – book Olga and you won’t be disappointed!
My 10 sessions with Olga are coming to an end, sadly. It was a rewarding and great experience. Olga has equipped me with a valuable knowledge about weights exercises, which I previously did not have. I love those now. Also, I am now familiar with pre and post exercise meals, which, again, is something extremely useful to know.
The sessions were adapted to my personal goals and needs. I am now motivated to transfer everything I have learned from Olga to my own routines at the gym.
Olga is the trainer who will make you work hard and push you to your limits, but with a personalized approach.
I strongly recommend Olga’s PT sessions and already thinking doing it again sometime.

I had 10 sessions of weight training with Olga. Must admit that I’ve enjoyed every single one and been surprised sometimes that my body can handle with all that.
Olga is a great teacher, that always supports you and aiming for your goals together with you. She explained a lot about how to use a right weight and importance of doing exercise correctly to avoid any injury. During each session she encouraged me to work very hard, pushing to the limits. Will never forget how she was saying – ‘Keep on going, Anna!’ or ‘One more, just one!’ I loved it!!! :)))
Still need to work on my nutrition though.

I have been training with Olga for 3 months now and I am loving every second! Initially I was only going to do 6 sessions but after the first session I was hooked!
Olga has changed how I view fitness. I have always been slim and fit but never in my life have I felt strong. The idea of even doing one full push up exhausted me and I had never stepped foot in a gym.
At 18 I can now proudly say I feel strong and I am getting stronger with every session. I feel confident that I could now go to any gym and know exactly what machines to use and how to use them. Olga is extremely patient and considerate. On the days I feel weaker she allows me to take my time and gives me the motivation I need to keep going.
Getting a personal trainer can sound intimidating. It certainly did for me. However, Olga is so lovely, it really is like working out with a friend, we can laugh and have fun, but she will also kick my butt.

After picking up a foot injury running, I booked in with Olga for some personal training sessions to manage my weight and fitness for when I could return to running.
I loved the sessions and learned so much about getting my nutrition right to support my training, and how to train with the free weights area of the gym (that had frightened me before).
After training with Olga I came back from injury stronger than ever and dropped over 5% body fat. But best of all, I now know what I am doing and can get the most out if my gym time.

What can I say about Olga? She is fantastic!
I have been training with her for over a year and no session is ever the same. Olga is always very creative in devising the sessions and keeps it new, fresh and different. Undoubtedly, she will push you; she will push you beyond what you thought was possible and at times, whilst it might feel tough, you can trust to her to lead you towards achieving your goals.
Whether it is through getting you to do ‘just one more’ or if it is completing the burpee challenge, she is so motivating and shares in the reward of your success.
Olga is thorough in her approach, making sure your positioning is correct and that you are performing the action safely. If you have an injury or weakness, she is creative enough to work around it and to protect the injury.
I have had occasions when I have had to change the timing at the last minute and she is always very accommodating. I know that if I was mad enough to want to train at 4.30 am in the morning, she would be there ready and waiting.
Above everything, Olga is fun and she makes the training fun. She is clearly passionate about what she does and always does it with enthusiasm and a smile.

I have been training with Olga for nearly a year and in that time I have lost nearly 2 stone and 2 dress sizes. She has taught me loads about nutrition and lifting weights.
My weekly sessions really push me but are enjoyable at the same time and I get a copy of the workout to repeat in my own sessions. Olga is also really flexible with arranging shifts around my work.

When I first started with Olga I was feeling really low, unhealthy and had no motivation. I booked my free taster session and this made me realise how unfit I was and how much I needed the help. Knowing Olga would push me more than I ever would myself, I signed up straight away.
In every session, I am pushed to my limits and when I struggle for those last few reps Olga is there driving me on. I have been having sessions every week for the past year and there has been a huge improvement in my health, body shape and overall mindset. The sessions can be tough but I honestly love every minute of it.

Olga is extremely professional, knowledgeable and inspiring personal trainer who I would highly recommend. As a relative newcomer to exercise, I wanted to learn more about exercise and improve my fitness. I had been going to the gym but felt I was not achieving the results that I wanted.
After an initial thorough questionnaire about my diet and my fitness goals, Olga designed a programme for me involving both personal training sessions and a plan for me to do on my own. Each training session has involved new and varied exercises – all designed to keep challenging me and prevent boredom, but also working towards my individual goals. During my sessions, I have learnt to use a variety of gym equipment, such as TRX, BOSU ball, kettlebells, cable machine, power plate, boxing and more!
Olga is extremely professional, knowledgeable and inspiring personal trainer who I would highly recommend. Olga’s enthusiasm for fitness is inspiring and she has a genuine passion for passing this enthusiasm on to others, even managing to make the challenging sessions enjoyable!

One of the best life decisions I’ve made is to do personal training. I used to go to the gym and not see results, but after only a few weeks of personal training, I could see the improvement. I was lifting more, needing fewer breaks and even enjoying myself, I looked forward to the gym.
I would highly recommend personal training if you have a very busy lifestyle. I didn’t have time to go to the gym multiple times a week. Therefore it was amazing that I got results from just one session a week and following a healthy diet. Olga gave excellent dietary advice, including meal ideas.
Each one of Olga’s sessions was different so that I never got bored and learnt lots of different workouts and exercises. Olga’s manner was always friendly and professional. We trained for almost a year together and I will miss our sessions dearly!
If you are looking for a fantastic personal trainer I would really recommend Olga. She tailor made a holistic training programme encompassing my individual needs and goals. I saw Olga once a week for a training session, which was always varied and challenging and she provided me with a programme to do during the week. Olga always checked in with me during the week to offer me additional support and motivation if required!
Olga attitude and approach during my training session was just right she motivated me to keep going and had real geniuses to empower me to improve my fitness, tone up and improve my diet. A bonus was that I felt that she could relate to my personal struggle to lose the baby weight as she had also had a child of a similar age to mine.

Back in June 2017 I had a crazy idea that I would like to run the London marathon! When I told my friends and family they thought I was crazy as I hadn’t run anywhere in years!
A few weeks into training someone suggested I ask Olga to help me build my core strength. I was dubious at first as I was sure with the amount of reading I was doing on the internet I knew what I was doing!
Anyway 3 minutes into my first session with Olga I realised she really knew her stuff and boy was she going to work me hard!
Olga really pushed me to achieve my goals and also advised on nutrition. Within weeks I saw results.
There is no way I would have achieved the result I did in London that day if it weren’t for all of Olga’s help and support.
